Email engine
How outreach email is sent. Resend sends from your verified domain via an ESP. Google Workspace sends from your own Gmail mailboxes (Smartlead-style rotation + warm-up) — set it up below. Off by default; opt-in per firm.

Send from your own Workspace mailboxes via keyless Domain-Wide Delegation — per-mailbox daily caps, warm-up ramp, and rotation. Email is held (not failed) until at least one mailbox is active.

Microsoft 365 / Outlook sending
Send from any mailbox in your Microsoft 365 tenant via the Graph API — no SMTP passwords, no per-user login. Your M365 admin approves once; Lexivo can send from any address in the tenant.

Your sending domain (Resend engine)
Your own domain (not Lexivo's), authenticated with DKIM/SPF so it lands in inboxes. Enter the address you want to send from, then add the DNS records we generate. Email won't send until the domain is verified.
Custom tracking domain (recommended)
Open/click tracking links normally use Lexivo's domain. Point a subdomain of your own domain here and your emails' links stay on-brand — better deliverability, and your sender reputation isn't shared with other firms. Add a DNS record:

Messages are queued and sent evenly per hour to protect deliverability (avoid spam folders and SMS/WhatsApp throttling).

Automation
Slow Auto Mode — automatically emails your Case Review App series to new Prospects. Slow cadence (6 emails over ~4 weeks by default), business hours only (10 AM–6 PM in the contact's local time), email only — SMS & WhatsApp are never auto-sent. Turn off anytime. Edit the emails in the Messages tab.

Emergency stop — immediately halts all active sequences across every prospect. Queued emails that haven't sent yet are also canceled. This can't be resumed — to pause and pick up later, turn off Slow Auto Mode above instead.
Daily digest — a morning email summarizing the last day of outreach (sent · opens · clicks · replies · opt-outs) so you don't have to log in to check.
